January 2011: Baseline survey has been implemented for the Uganda Parliamentary Communication Project. Lotteries have been held for the Uganda Parliamentary Communication Project, and the TUUNGANE II Aid and Accountability Project. Pilots have been implemented for the NYC housing project.
